I bought an Arctic Spa for my cottage about a year ago. I found the staff at Arctic Spa extremely knowledgeable. I have an older Spa at home in Winnipeg as well (not an Arctic Spa - but will hopefully fix that in the not too distant future) so I have fairly good knowledge on spas already, but the Arctic Spa people taught me some things I did not know.
They delivered it to my cottage (about 2 hours from Winnipeg) and set it up for me. They did an excellent job even with having to work in the rain to do most of the setup.
I have had it for about a year now with absolutely no problems. I specifically was interested in the Arctic Spa because of its construction and having the motor, pump, etc inside the insulation. This was very important to me as I am only at the cottage on weekends so wanted to reduce the risk of anything freezing if I lost power for a day or two.
I certainly love my Arctic Spa and would not go to any other make.

The Arctic Spa has performed flawlessly and our family uses it almost every night.
With teenage children we find our hot tub time is a great opportunity to catch up
with the days events and have a few laughs!
The electrical efficiency on the Arctic tub is amazing as we have seen a minimal difference on hydro consumption.
